- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander & cumin powder
- 4 onions finely chopped 🧅
- 1 tsp roasted dry fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tomato puree ðŸ…
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1-2 tbsp mozzarella cheese 🧀
- For making omelette:
- 1 tbsp ghee/ butter/oil
- 2 eggs🥚
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶ï¸
- Salt to taste 🧂
- 1/8 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped onion 🧅
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1/8 tsp coriander & cumin powder
- 2 tbsp plain flour

- Marinate the chicken pieces with tomato paste ðŸ…, salt, black pepper powder, ginger- garlic paste 🧄, green chillies paste,1 tbsp oil and mix it well, keep aside, keep it for 15 mins.
- Heat oil, add marinate chicken pieces, cook for 5 mins, remove out, keep it aside, in the same oil, (add 1 tbsp of oil if needed), add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add chopped onions 🧅, cook until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies paste, mix well, cook for 1 min.
- Add fresh tomato puree ðŸ…, tomato paste, mix well, add spices, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶ï¸, turmeric powder, salt🧂, coriander & cumin powder, 1tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well, cook until oil comes out.
- Add plain yoghurt mix well, add fried chicken pieces in and mix well, add 1 cup water, cover cook it for 15 mins, uncover and add roasted dry fenugreek leaves, fresh cream mix well, finally add garam masala powder mix well, cook for 1 min, switch of the flame, keep aside.
- For omelette: in a bowl mix eggs, chopped onion 🧅, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, salt, cumin seeds, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶ï¸, green chillies chopped, coriander & cumin powder, plain flour mix well.
- Heat ghee/ butter/ oil, add egg mixture to the pan, spread and make an omelette, remove and let it cool down, cut the omelette into pieces.
- Heat chicken gravy, add omelette pieces, cook for 5 mins and serve hot.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, grated mozzarella.
