- 6 dry red chillies
- 1 cup peanuts
- 4 cloves garlic thinly chopped
- 1 large green capsicum cut in cubes
- 1 large carrot cut in cubes
- 1/3 cup white part of spring onion
- Green part of spring onion for garnish

- Marinate chicken with above mention kngredients for 20 minutes
- Add garlic and dry red chillies in 4 tbsp oil.soute for 1 minute add white part of spring onion and carrot.soute for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Add marinated chicken fry for 3 minutes.
- Add peanuts cook for 1 minute on high heat.then add prepared chicken stock(2 cup stock 1/2tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper. 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tsp corn flour)
- Mix and cook until required consistency. Add green part of spring onion
