  13. 1 Tsp Salt

  1. In about 3 litres water boil and cook the chicken with ginger and spring onion. If you want to have the broth like light clear soup add carrot and beans too. Boil it for about 35-40 minutes till whole chicken is well cooked. Poke with a chopstick on the chicken thigh and if no blood ozzes out that means your Chicken is cooked.
