Recipe of Speedy Steak and Cactus Pasta

- 2 cactus leaves
- 1/2 cup yellow onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 serrano pepper, minced
- 5 white mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 rib chops, thinly sliced
- 1 lime
- Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Salt
- 1 cup fresh and chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 box of seafood pasta
- pepper
- Alfredo Cheese Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup quesadilla cheese
- 2 tablespoons salt
Steps for making pasta with chops and nopales
- Preheat the oven to grill.
- Place the tomatoes in the oven at 7 inches below the grill coil and grill the tomatoes on each side for 10 minutes until the skin begins to turn black and white.
- Place the tomatoes in an airtight bag and close, removing all air. Cover the bag with a damp paper towel and leave the tomatoes for 10 minutes.

- Use your knife to remove the cactus pin by sliding the knife over the round end of the cactus. How to shave with the grain.

- Cut the cactus into strips, then cut into small pieces.

- Take the loin, cover it with cling film and flatten it with a chopstick. Or you can use a roller and flatten the steak.

- Cut the chop into 1/2 inch slices.

- Cook the prunes for 7 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the prunes look like cooked beans.

- In the same pan, still over medium-high heat; Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, onion, pepper and 1/2 serrano pepper. Boil for 2 minutes.

- Add chopped mushrooms and 1 teaspoon olive oil and cook for 3 minutes.

- Meanwhile, bring a large pot to a boil and add salt ... the water should have the taste of the sea. Cook your pasta shells according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of boiling water.
- Remove the tomatoes from the ziplock bag and remove the skin. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan with the vegetables.

- Add the minced meat to the pan with the cooked vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Make sure you stir occasionally so that the steak takes on all the flavor. Then lower the heat and add half the other serrano pepper while you prepare your sauce.

- In a medium saucepan, add the cream, pasta water and butter over medium-low heat. When the butter melts, add salt, garlic powder and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Then continue to stir the cheese until it melts.

- In a large saucepan of cooked pasta, add the meat and vegetable filling and the drained Alfredo sauce to the pasta. remove; and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Let the pasta simmer for 2 minutes, add the chopped cilantro, mix and serve! We cover it with a slice of fresh cheese! 😃
