- 1 cup cherry tomatoes or half a cherry tomato
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 small yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 small orange, chopped
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 2 cubes of frozen garlic
- 2 frozen basil cubes
- Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 package Holmill Spaghetti or Angel Hair Noodles
- 1 Balsamic glass (from my trader Joey)
- 1 cup boiled shrimp
- Sauvignon Blanc White Wine (optional, but not too expensive in the supermarket)
Instructions for making mixed garden shrimp tagliatel with balsamic glass
- First, follow the cooking instructions for your pasta and cook for the required time
- When cooking pasta, heat a pan over medium-high heat to heat
- If you haven’t prepared the ingredients, do this while the pan heats up, chop the peppers into pieces and then add in the tomatoes.
- Reduce heat to pan and add olive oil
- Then add the frozen cubes of garlic and basil and melt (it melts very quickly).
- Once it has dissolved in the pesto, add your peppers and tomatoes
- Fry for 2-3 minutes and then add the shrimp for another 3 minutes
- Then add fresh spinach and white wine (I mean about 1/3 of a glass of wine)
- When the spinach is completely dry, turn off the heat and soak it in the juice for 1 minute.
- When the pasta is ready, fry in a colander or pan again with a little garlic powder and olive oil.
- Then add the vegetables to your pasta and finish by adding your balsamic glaze
