- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 large cans of tomato sauce
- Tomato paste 1 small packet
- 12 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon Italian sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup Italian rusks
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 1 pound mild Italian ground sausage
- 2 pounds lean roast beef
- 10 thin slices of sausage
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 slice of bacon
- 2 pounds pasta to taste (I used roti)
