  15. 1/2 cup dry red wine or 1/4 cup cognac
  16. 1 cup roasted goat cheese (like feta)

Steps for making pasticcio (Greek pasta casserole)

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water and a tablespoon of olive oil. Then pour. It is not necessary to wash it with cold water as at boiling it adds oil.
  2. Boil the milk in a saucepan, then reduce the heat. Add the margarine and cornflour, stirring constantly so that the bottom of the oven does not burn. I use a hand mixer at low speed. When the soup thickens slightly, add the nutmeg and set aside.
