- 1/2 hot pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon. olive oil
Steps for making pasta with meatballs
- Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C with convection oven.
- For meatballs: In a bowl, combine ham, sausage, and parsley and mark on the back of a fork to soften the meat. Take about 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture and form a ball. Pour the flour and set aside. You need to get about 20 meatballs. Choose how much you want to serve per person (6 works well) and freeze the rest. Place the meatballs you want to use in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- To prepare the sauce: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in it. Reduce the prana, remove the meatballs and add the butter to soften it. Add garlic, chop and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cayenne pepper and cayenne pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir into puree. Stir in canned tomatoes, heat until the sauce begins to boil. Reduce the heat and add the basil. Add the meatballs again and cook for 35-40 minutes.
- Halfway through the cooking process, cook the pasta in a saucepan with boiling water (it is better to plan for 2/3 of the cooking time). Drain and let most of the water rise.
- Remove the kofta from the heat and add the spinach and pasta.
- Put the pasta in a suitable bowl. Place the meatballs on top and cover with cheese.
- Put it in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
