- Add the ricotta cheese, semi-roasted pomegranate cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to a bowl.

- Mix well and make sure the eggs are well mixed. Put it aside.
- Once the pasta is cooked, pour the water over it and coat it with soup.
- Mix 3/4 minced mozzarella with pasta and soup.

- Cover half of the pasta in a 9-inch pan.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the next layer and leave 1/4 inch from the edge of the pan.

- Put the remaining half of the pasta.
- Sprinkle on top with 1/4 of the remaining mozzarella and the remaining pomegranate cheese.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, uncovered.
- Put it in the pan to catch potential bubbles!
- Wait 15 minutes before cutting. Pour the remaining hot soup over each “cut pasta cake” with rum.
