- 2 portions of hollow wheat pasta
- 1 water
Instructions for the salted tofu and vegetable paste
- Pour plenty of water into a large saucepan over medium heat. Cut the cabbage into slices and the onion into rings. Grate the carrots on a cheese grater, remove the hard bottoms of the mushrooms and separate them.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and fry the onions. Once the liquid has evaporated, add 100 ml of water to the pan and continue frying. Add cabbage and stir until dry. At this point, add the tofu to the pan from step 1, which should now be filled with boiling water, and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tofu and pour hot water.
- Then fry the sautéed mushrooms. When golden, add spaghetti and hot water from step 2 to skillet and cook according to package directions.
- Add 1 tablespoon each of salt, pepper, garlic, carrots, parsley, and oregano. (If you continue to bring the water level to a boil, you can start using the rest of the liquid from the stewed spaghetti and tofu.)
- Add the tofu, cut into pieces. Finally, pour in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and taste, adjusting with salt and pepper.
- Mix spaghetti and fried ingredients together and serve hot.
