Ingredients and spices required to make vegetarian pasta:-
- Vegetables
- 1/4 bell pepper/green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper/red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper/yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small potato, cut
- 1 chopped onion
- Table of tables
- Soy sauce
- Red hot sauce
- Spicy green sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 50 ml of tomato paste
- Other things
- 500 grams of pasta of your choice
- 15 ml of olive oil
- Spices and herbs
- 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder, salt and pepper (if available)
- 5 basil

Instructions for preparing vegetarian pasta
- Take a pot that is big enough to cook the pasta.
- Fill a pot 3/5 full with water and add about 1 teaspoon of salt and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- When the water boils, add the pasta.
- While the pasta is cooking, chop all the vegetables.
- Now add the oil to a deep pan, reduce the heat to medium and wait 30 seconds.
- Now add the chopped onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
- In a pan, now add other vegetables, basil leaves, salt, chili powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Now cover the pot and wait 15-20 minutes and keep watching and stirring so that the vegetables don't burn.
- Now cook the pasta until the vegetables are cooked. Get it out of the way. If you see a white line, it is not finished. You can check this by chewing the dough.
- At this point, turn off the heat of the pasta pot and drain the pasta in a colander and rinse with very cold water.
- Now look for the vegetables. When the potatoes are golden brown and soft, they are ready.
- Now add the pasta to the vegetables and mix well.
- Now add the green hot sauce, red hot sauce, vinegar and soy sauce.
- Now mix all the ingredients in a pan and mix to combine the flavors.
- Now turn the flame to high and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
- Now it's time to serve the pasta. Turn off the fire. It will be 100 grams for one meal.
- Serve with tomato sauce on top.
- Garnish with basil or cilantro.
- You can add lemon juice and coriander leaves for extra flavor.
